  • Third-Party AI Processing: To extract data, your files are securely transmitted to our enterprise-grade, third-party artificial intelligence and machine learning infrastructure providers. We maintain strict agreements ensuring that these providers do not retain your documents and do not use your financial data to train, improve, or fine-tune their public AI models.
  • Strict Data Deletion: Your uploaded PDF files and the resulting extracted transaction data are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service. They are permanently deleted from our active servers shortly after processing is complete, or immediately upon your manual deletion from the dashboard.
